I have done all the necessary setup for the WAS, still it is not running.

SMICM --> ICM running will "green"
SICF --> all the BW and their sub nodes are active.
--> services .. HTTP has 8030 port, SMTP has 0 port
SM37 --> RSBB_URL_PREFIX_GET --> single test --> execute Host name is fully qualified

Looks everything ok, working fine.

In browser if I type the qualified url then ther error is
"Web site cannot be found"

11004 - has not found

Gateway could not find the IP address of the web site you are trying to access.

Did you configure your instance profile? did you stop/start your SAP instance? If so, what are your profile parameters?

I guess the settings are right with what I knew. Just a quick question, is the port been opened for this.I think it has to be done by the basis guys and only after port (8030) opening we can display the output.

Just have a check on this.!!!

If click on the query designer to display in Expoler, the url shows 8130 port.

But when I look the SMICM the active http port is 8030.

Is something wrong in the setup

It is working now.

there was a mistake in the url.
I mean....
it was kxxxx.abc.xyz.com:8030 --> as default it was there

but it suppose to be kxxxx:8030 --> now it is working
