Give example for the test script of time mangement.
1. Maintainance of Absence Quota can be a test
scenario.
- Using PA61 you try to maintain the time data.
- In the IT2006 try to enter some data and you
save it.
2. Execution of Time Evalution can be a scenario.
Here you try to run the time evaluation and see
the lod whether the Quota is getting is created or not.
You go to PA30 and check the IT2006.
After you run the report RPTBAL00 and check the
leave balances and also check for the time wage types
3. Manage Work schedules can be one more scenario.
- Here we try to test the work schedule of a particular
employee.
- Go to PT03 and check it.
- You try to Maintain the IT007 and check whether
it reflected or not.
4. Corrections in the Quota and Quota Balances
can be one more scenario.
- PA61 try to maintain the IT2006.
- Try to go thru the BPPs and BPs to create the
test scenarios
- Scenarios can be End 2 End or stand alone.
What are the implications of time mangement
status 9?
It tells the integration with pay roll.
Check the feature TMSTA and T555A table.
Time management status 9 is for negative time
recording. It means they are assumed to be working on planned working
time and the exceptions to that are noted. You have to know about
absence types, quota types, how quota system is and how it is being deducted?
