Key in Profile -> 000001 - Standard profile

tick Excl. (exclude production order with this
2 status)

You can fill in other selection criteria such as Plant to filter away more
data

Finally, click execute and the result will be display.

If you want to display a tree structure of the production order.

If you need more system status, you can configure it using transaction
code BS42 (4.6c). - Status Selection
