Is that PLAF that you means?It contains basic date and quanity for a planned order.

For a production order, basic dates are available in AFKO table..
But, it looks like you are looking for the history of all the changes made to the basic dates.
Please check table HIKO. I think you will have to go for order change management (OCM) for that. We donot have OCM here and HIKO table is empty. Please let me know if it is correct..

I've checked : also our HIKO is empty and in effect OCM has not been implemented.
