Take the emotion out.  No, wait, that's no fun, put the emotion back.

Have you ever heard the Professionals say to play the Market without emotion?

Supposedly, one should be able to buy and sell by just repeating the words "it's only a number, it's only a number." I try, but I just can't control my joy when that stock goes my way and I am making money.  Although I hate to admit it, I also get totally aggravated when I'm losing.

So why not go with the flow?

Fill yourself with the emotion of easy made money ecstasy or the sorrow of a shirtless backside exposed and vulnerable.  You only live once and with the Market as your guide, cue up for the ride.  Waves of emotions, which make the Market rise and fall, bring with them the ups and downs of life on amore personal level.  It becomes more palatable when you realize that everyone involved with the Market is along for the ride with you.  Whether you are on Earth or in outer space, "you are not alone."  If when you wake up in the morning and you're not sure how you're feeling, turn on the computer and check your stocks.  Once glance and you will know what kind of day to have.  Oh the thrill of living life with the Market becomes invigorating when considering the opportunities for possibilities.
